Hangzhou Renhal building materials technical company is a technical company of Sinoma zhejiang engineering design and research institute company. The institute was set up in 1953. Up to now, it has 50 years history. This institute is the first grade design and research institute reported to State Administration of Building Materials industry, which has the qualified certificates for engineering, project turnkey, as well as engineering supervision etc. All these qualified certificates are issued by Chinese government authorities . The institute has been engaged in developing and engineering the new building materials, gypsum, cement and ceramics etc. in China for a long time. It has become the first grade design and research institute for extensive research of new building materials in China. Up to now, for gypsum products production lines and related technical service, the institute has undertaken over 20 design projects The institute pays great attention to the design quality management and has gained the qualified certificate for Total quality control issued by Chinese government authorities. 2.1 Gypsum plasterboard production line The main raw materials for producing are: stucco plaster, cardboard, fiber, foam, agent, modified, starch, accelerator, water, glue for edge-adhesion etc. The raw materials are via mixing, forming, cutting and drying to become gypsum plasterboard. The gypsum plasterboard will be used as building partition panels for non-load bearing walls and building ceiling boards. Besides gypsum, the boards may also contain small amounts of additives which will give them the required properties, e.g. glass-fibres, insulating material, aluminium foil etc. These panels are used predominantly for ceiling coverings in presentation rooms.
