    Hangzhou Renhal building materials technical company is a technical company of Sinoma zhejiang engineering design and research institute company. The institute was set up in 1953. Up to now, it has 50 years history. This institute is the first grade design and research institute reported to State Administration of Building Materials industry, which has the qualified certificates for engineering, project turnkey, as well as engineering supervision etc. All these qualified certificates are issued by Chinese government authorities .

    The institute has been engaged in developing and engineering the new building materials, gypsum, cement and ceramics etc. in China for a long time. It has become the first grade design and research institute for extensive research of new building materials in China. Up to now, for gypsum products production lines and related technical service, the institute has undertaken over 20 design projects

The institute pays great attention to the design quality management and has gained the qualified certificate for Total quality control issued by Chinese government authorities. At present, during the process of design, the management is strictly based on the GB/T 19001-ISO9001: 2000 Standard quality system to ensure the project quality.        2.1 Gypsum plasterboard production line

             The main raw materials for producing are: stucco plaster, cardboard, fiber,

              foam, agent, modified, starch, accelerator, water, glue for edge-adhesion

              etc. The raw materials are via mixing, forming, cutting and drying to

             become gypsum plasterboard. The gypsum plasterboard will be used as    

             building partition panels for non-load bearing walls and building ceiling

             boards.

             The gypsum plasterboard production line with annual capacity of:

             2 million m²  4 million    6 million m²      8 million      10 million

             12 million m²  15 million    20million    25 million m²   30 million

             The specifications of gypsum plasterboard:

             Width: 1200 mm

              Thickness: 9.5 mm, 12 mm, 15 mm and 18 mm

              Length: 2400-3600 mm

       2.2  Plaster powder production line

              The raw gypsum is calcined and dewatered to convert hemihydrate. After

              stabilization, it is used for further processing to gypsum building materials.

              10, 20, 30, 40 50, 60, 80, 100, 120, 150, 200 thousand tons

       2.3  Chemical gypsum process production line

              Usually the chemical gypsum is desulphogypsum and phosphogypsum. A

              conversion process allows calcinations of chemical gypsum into plaster

              powder for further processing into building materials in accordance with i

              nternational standards.

              For capacities of 10,000 to 200,000 tons / a

       2.4  Pneumatic calcinations machine

              Saving of energy sources for the calcinations of natural gypsum,

              desulphogypsum and phosphogypsum is much important. Pneumatic

              calcinations technology is meanwhile process of dispersing, drying and

              calcining in nearly vacuum, which was emerged by hot gas. It is the most

              advanced calcining equipment in the world.

       2.5  High efficiency hot gas generator

              The features of the high efficiency hot gas generator are a complete and

              stable combustion. It is full automatic operation. It is with electric ignitor

              compete and flame detection cell. Natural gas or light diesel oil and coal

              powder will be used as

       2.6  Wall plaster production line

              The gypsum is calcined to β-hemihydrate. It is mixed with chemical agent  

              to wall plaster. Or one part of the gypsum is calcined to Anhydrite Ⅱ.The

              β-hemihydrate and Anhydrite Ⅱ are mixed with chemical agent to

               projection plasters. The wall plaster is building stucco materials.

       2.7  Plaster building blocks production line

               Plaster building blocks or gypsum partition panels are prefabricated

               building elements for lightweight, non-load bearing walls. The raw

               materials merely comprise water and stucco plaster. Gypsum partition

               panels are used in the construction of housing accommodation, schools,

               offices, hospitals and  hotels.

       2.8  Gypsum ceiling boards semi-automatic production line

              Gypsum ceiling boards are prefabricated boards of gypsum with edge

              beading on the reverse side. They can be laid dry. The visible surface of

              these boards can be smooth, perforated or profiled. Besides gypsum, the

              boards may also contain small amounts of additives which will give them

              the required properties, e.g. glass-fibres, insulating material, aluminium foil

              etc. These panels are used predominantly for ceiling coverings in

              presentation rooms.

       2.9  Cement setting retarder of chemical gypsum production line

             Gypsum is an important element in the production of cement and it is

             added  to the clinker in order to regulate the setting process of the cement.

             Gypsum is added to the cement clinker after the cooling stage and before  

             grinding. It is then ground with the clinker. Normally,

             desulphogypsum and phosphogypsum occurs in the form of filter cake with

             some free moisture. This product presents some problems for standard

             equipment used in the cement industry when wishing to transport, store and

             proportion it. There is a danger of caking, incrustating and blockages.

             Before  chemical gypsum, they must be handled for granulating.

     2.10 The alpha high-strength gypsum production line

             The alpha gypsum calciner consists of a vertical autoclave heated by

             steam  followed by an indirect drum drier. Both units run intermittently in

             alternating operation.The dihydrate is converted to alpha hemihytrate in the

             water vapour atmosphere of the autoclave. Alpha plaster is used primarily

             for ceramic moulding material, moulds for rollers, RAM and roof tiles and

             for medical purposes.
